Sometimes it’s hard to accurately detail what you’re asking for especially when you don’t do tile for a living. My project had some difficult components to navigate and Joseph figured it out quickly. Didn’t complain just tried to problem solve. I really appreciated his professionalism and responsiveness to all of my questions. The work turned out great, and his attitude was amazing.

Really nice guy but poor communication. Said he would come the next day but never came because he was spending time with his family. We value family too but really needed the job done and he unfortunately dropped the ball.
