What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We conduct a brief intake interview, provide basic consultation and if you wish to proceed with the case, sign a retainer agreement with you, confirm payment of our retainer and then start working on your case ASAP.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a licensed attorney representative before the immigration and tax courts and have over 20 years experience handling various kinds of cases related to such matters on behalf of my clients.
