Tony was very professional! I can’t say enough good things about my experience. He came right to my driveway, which alone saved me so much hassle, but what really stood out was how communicative he was the entire time. Finding an honest knowledgeable mechanic HAD eluded me for quite a while until I met Tony of Ratchets & Wrenches. He is definitely a mechanic that will give you the facts regarding your vehicle's issue, and he is going to do the best job at a very fair price. Everything about my experience with him has been excellent. I trusted him with a very complicated and major job on my Chrysler 300. Everything was exactly as he stated. From the very reasonable estimate to the expected time to complete the job, what results to expect happened like clockwork.If you want your own personal, trustworthy, knowledgeable, and caring mechanic, you can trust him as I did. You will not be disappointed. My personal opinion is that he is that he is the five-star mechanic that most people wish they knew.
