- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Estate Planning - Wills, Trusts, Powers of Attorney, Drafting & Recording of Deeds for Real Estate for Estate & Business Planning. Business Planning - Formation of Corporations, LLCs, & Partnerships. Business formation documents and contracts - Shareholder Agreements, Operating Agreements, Partnership Agreements, Buy-Sell Agreements, Review of Contracts (Leases, etc.) Probate Services are offerred at a flat rate - Formal & Informal Probate. Pricing varies depending on the needs and complexity of the legal services needed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Free initial consultation. Determine scope of work, needs and circumstances, make legal recommendations. Upon retaining me to be your attorney, I will work with you to draft the estate plan that will protect you, your loved ones, and provide the legacy you want to leave behind. Once the drafting process is over, we meet to sign and execute documents. Following execution, we proceed to fund your plan so that it will work the way you want it. Without correct funding, you will likely not create a plan that will prevent probate and will simply create burdens for your family later.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Bachellors degree, double major, Spanish & International Relations. Fluent in Spanish, written & spoken. Masters Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from the Thunderbird School of Global Management. Law Degree, Juris Doctor, and licensed to practice law in Arizona.
