We generally handle rental properties for owners that do not want the hassle of dealing with tenants, repairs, collecting rent, etc... We also list properties for rent to find tenants for properties as well as sell homes when the time is right!
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure you do your homework. A lot of companies do not disclose all the fees involved with Property Management.
