These people are amazing I just got into town to settle my mothers estate when I called them to see what was owed, I was informed that they had added my 95yr old mother to their “Community Action Program”. Apparently since the beginning of Covid my mom has not been required to pay for any services at all ever for over two years. Thank you for looking out for people in need I really am touched by this

I was very impressed with Christal from the getgo. She was very communicative and responsive and I could tell by speaking to her that she was very knowledgeable and takes pride in her profession, which is hard to find in any line of work. Her pricing is very reasonable, and most importantly she was able to get my pool looking “christal clear” in a very short amount of time. My only regret is not finding her business sooner.

Things started off good. She spent nearly 30 minutes trying to troubleshoot pump issues over the phone, which I appreciated. She said she could come by that afternoon. Around 4pm, she asked to reschedule for the next day at noon and I agreed. The next day, she didn't show and didn't follow up.

We switched to BRIGHTWATER a few months ago, and we are very satisfied. We had an issue with algae and the pool was cloudy and swampy. It was beyond the point where shock would do the trick, and the type of product we needed was not available locally in stores. They quickly remedied the situation (within hours!) and the water is now crystal clear. It is amazing! They are also very responsive to email requests. I highly recommend them.
