Didn't respond then sent someone else who had no idea what to do. Then apparently it is fixed and I got a bill for $190 for a few minutes work (which I reluctantly paid)

Dear Bart,
In response to your review...I did respond, which is how I was able to obtain address of job site and details of the job. That " someone " that I sent to do the job happens to be an employee with a certification in pipefitting.
When job was completed and gas grille was up and running, my office worker contacted you for a fax to forward an invoice, charging a two hour minimum, regardless of the job. It was then my understanding the job a a quick EZ fix which then final bill was later adjusted to $95.
I believe the job was completed in a quick and timely manner..and if you were dissatisfaction you never contacted me about it, wish you would of have done so before writing an unfair review.
