- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We would first start off with a meet and greet at the customer’s property and discuss what their landscape needs are. Since we’re a full service landscape maintenance company, we offer a variety of services to our customers. This is also a great time to see if we would be a good fit for each other. Sometimes, it’s just not a good fit on either end but that’s ok. It was worth a try! After establishing, we send over an estimate, via electronically, for services they’re wanting and any recommendations for additional services they may need. Once the estimate is approved, we’ll collect any deposits for the work and get you on the schedule!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attended U of A Smartscape classes in 2019 and received my ALCA certifications. The training goes into extremely depth into the knowledge of Arizona landscapes.
