FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After initial contact I set a time for the appointment and try to clearly state and understand my customers problem and expected results. Upon arriving, I confirm the problem, and review the solution to ensure that I capture any new information. Then I inform the customer of the steps and allow them to ask any questions before I begin.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a self employed, self educated IT professional. Since 1996, I have been providing computer services to customers. Beginning with simple PC repair and building to installing computers, I have since graduated to troubleshooting and configuring complicated Cisco Routers and switches for multi-million dollar companies. There is very little that the small business person can send my way for which I will not be able to provide a cost effective solution.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was a child of the 80's and fell in love with PC's growing up. I was inspired by several movies including War Games. I loved and still love to "figure" things out.
