To start all was great - they were timely in reaching out and coming to review the project that day. Later on we agreed on a price and scheduled a date to pour the concrete. The day prior to installation I texted to confirm we were still on and the start time and there was no response. I texted again the next day (which was installation day) looking to confirm they'd still be coming out and no response again. However, I could see in my texts that the 'read' notification was visible which tells me they were intentionally ignoring the project. I even bought my own stamps that they were going to use in effort to match my existing concrete. This is the first time I've ever been ghosted and has now set me back weeks on finding someone else to complete the project. I strongly discourage anyone from using this company unless you want to be ghosted.
