- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Typically, its basically $75/hr service call fee plus material. Depending on the distance and fuel costs, I may have a trip fee, which is typically $35 to $50.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to have a short chat with new customers to get a clear picture of scope of work and availability. I also like to obtain contact info for invoicing ie, name, address and email address.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I learned electrical since I was a teen working on small construction projects. I have been doing electrical regularly since 2006. My experience is wide range. From homes to hospitals to FAA towers and warehouses and factories. From New York to California even doing some volunteer electrical work in Mexico.
