Oscar is very friendly, kind, professional, and extremely knowledgeable about trees. His prices are reasonable and much more competitive than others. He would have received 5 stars if he followed up and removed the tree stump as expected.

Oscar has not finished the project and will not return emails or text messages. The project was almost completed and he was paid in full. And now no communcation on when the project will be complete.
