Eric built us a 16x36 horse shelter in February of 2015. He told us it would take a couple weeks. He finished it in less time and it's a nice quality shelter!! Eric is very accommodating and does good work. Our horses love their new shelter!! We recommend Eric for your horse construction needs.

We had Eric build our new horse barn, 4 stalls , tack room, feed room and lots of storage - 2015. We love it. He did a great job. He is trust worthy, prompt and conscientious. We love the design of the barn and it is very well built. We would totally recommend him.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Since all projects are custom, I do not have standard pricing. Prices are provided once all details have been discussed and agreed upon. There is a vast assortment of materials to choose from, and prices vary. I do my best to provide a comprehensive quote, with no hidden fees or charges.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer to meet face to face, to ensure we are on the same page. It is important that my vision is the same of the customer. This is developed through sketches, notes, diagrams on the ground, gestures, etc...lol
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Formerly ICC/ICBO certified building inspector in Los Angeles County, California. I also have a background in auto mechanics, metal fabrication, and business management. Through life experience, I have developed excellent creative problem solving skills.
