- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We research recipes and new techniques all the time. It is part of the creative process that keeps it interesting and fun.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have been in the restaurant business since I was 14 years old. When I started in college my degree was "Undecided" for the first day of school. After that I switched my degree to Hotel and Restaurant Management and have never left the industry since.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We most often provide caterings for weddings and business meetings, and continental breakfasts. We also keep ourselves very busy with the daily business at the cafe. Our homemade soups, daily specials and desserts are some of the things we are most known for.
