The service man ask a lot of questions which ultimately led to a good diagnosis. I had another technician from another company come out before wanting to take out my whole unit which wouldve cost me thousands of dollars and Blair fix the problem for a fraction of the other guys cost. Everything he did he explain and it all made sense Im extremely satisfied and happy
