I am an attorney with a small law office in Arizona. I was in the middle of preparing for trial in a highly contentious case when my network went dark. The majority of the documents I needed were on a shared drive that was suddenly inaccessible. I called nerd posse on a referral from a colleague who had success with the company previously. A technician named Jesse moved back another less urgent job he was scheduled on that day and showed up within 2 hours of my frantic call. He quickly and easily resolved my networking issue so that the documents were accessible. He then went in and basically reworked my entire network. I was experiencing delays and crashes on a weekly basis prior to nerd posse saving the day. Since then I have not experienced one single issue with my network. The kicker was that despite the emergency repair and extra network reworking nerd posse charged me an extremely reasonable rate. I highly recommend nerd posse and jesse for anything computer related. My life has been much less frustrating technology wise since then.

I've utilized Jessie numerous times. He has completed excellent work in three of my facilities. The craftsmanship is done so well that we are looking to his team first for work, before looking for another vendor. My company works in fast time lines, and we have yet to miss a deadline, due to his flexibility.

I recently deleted some important files from my USB by mistake. I did not have these files backed up anywhere else. I searched around and received quotes in excess of $500.00 to locate and restore those files.
