What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
ABSOLUTELY nothing complicated!!! We agree on a price an no matter if I under estimated I stick to the price agreed on. My clients appriciate my honesty and my good work.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I do mainly residential work including interior and exterior. I am at all jobs till they are completed. I have a ton of very happy and returning customers, I also rely on customer referrals as that is where most of my business is generated.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Always check references and make sure you know where your contractor is from and how to get a hold of them if needed.
