- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I worked for some companies and realize that this was a job about selling to people I quit my first two companies I was being pressured to sell I did not feel ok doing it so I quit. Finally I ended up with a company and with a boss who taught me most of what I know the company name is F.B.I feel better instantly and my boss's name is jim moyemont. He became my mentor and he was an honest guy with an honest company. So I will try to do as he did and do a good job. I like to help people and provide a good service.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have done many repairs, hendreds of them but the most common types of work I have been doing lately are brand new installs and ductwork. I do most of my work based on recommendations. So If I do an installed and people are happy they recommend me to another one. This is how I have been doing my business.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
I have been in the maintenance industry for years so I think it is important to get the most you can out of the equipment you have by maintaining it properly. A lot of units fail because it is normal that this is going to happen aftertime but most of the time you can do a repair and they are good to go. So if you get offered a brand new unit right of way and you don't have the money, just look for a second opinion you might find that the unit you have can be repaired and you can get maybe years more out of it.
