Introduction: I listen to my clients needs and tailor workouts and nutrition plans to each individual. I don't have cookie cutter plans for everybody. I'm a people person, which makes me more effective helping clients. It is much easier to reach your goals when you get along with your trainer. Helping people reach their goals and knowing i was able to teach them life long habits.

Hello my name is Jennifer and I had heard about Tony through a friend. I am a very busy mother of 4 and was looking to get back in shape. He was patient, professional and worked around my hectic schedule. Tony helped me train for a fitness show by getting better muscle definition. He was a fabulous supporter and helped me with nutritional planning throughout my fitness show preparation. The nutritional tips I learned during this time, I have been able to use in my everyday life. His intense cardio & weight training routines were challenging but he made them fun & I felt great after a workout! I highly recommend Tony because he was able to help me surpass my personal goals.

My son is 15 and had a goal to beef up before he started high school football. after working with tony for three weeks we have seen an amazing transformation! Not only physical but the knowledge tony has given him with diet and how to work out is priceless!!! We are so excited to continue working with tony and continue to see amazing results!!!

    That true personal training is not giving my clients workouts or diets that worked for me and seeing how they do with it. It is using my knowledge and experience to determine the best approach for them. The value of having worked with thousands of clients over my career, gives the next client a better chance for success.
