FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Airsurance was built in the belief that customers would no longer have to be afraid to call their AC company. Which is why Airsurance is the only company that offers “wholesale cost” on their parts and equipment. All of our members no longer have to worry about a $15 dollar part being marked up to $300. It’s not only wrong but it’s dishonest. We are completely transparent when it comes to pricing so that customers know exactly what they’re purchasing. Absolutely no secrecy.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically we ask the customer what it is they need help with, if we can help by phone, we’re more than happy to, but usually we need to schedule an in-home visit. We like to offer our services at any time and or day to ensure that we can meet our customers time constraints and demands. Which is why we are available 24/7. Doesn’t matter what time it is, we are there. Take a load off, and let us take care of you.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
One very important question is knowing exactly what you’re paying for. How much does the part or system cost vs the labor and warranties being added. We always believe that a full scope of the work and a break down of pricing should be fully transparent. Typically companies say they are “competitive” when it comes to pricing, but at Airsurance, we are very proud to say that we offer distributor pricing on all parts and equipment. Just give us a ring and we will tell you all about it. We believe in full transparency. We don’t sell to our customers. We serve them.
