Southwest CcTV, LLC installed 8 surveillance cameras at my house last week.The service provided by the owner and his employees was excellent. They went above and beyond what I had contracted for. The two employees came on time, were courteous and pleasant to deal with.Their work quality excellent and they did all wiring through the attic which I was not expecting.They completed the work in than 3 hours and they explained to me how to operate the system on the TV and informed me that the owner will be here later in the day to do the network set-up to allow the remote viewing via the internet. The owner,Mr.Collins came as promised but due to problems with my internet modem, he could not complete the job.He made recommendations to me to buy appropriate gadgets and returned two more times to complete the job.He did it professionally and to my great satisfaction and at no extra cost. I would recommend Southwest CcTv to anyone who needs this kind of job done. I had received several estimates and I assure you that Southwest CcTv prices can't be beat.

Southwest CCTV did a great job with our video security system. The cost of their hardware was just a bit higher than others but it is so easy to use it was worth it. The installer was professional and didn't make a mess. The owner personally made sure my wife and I were happy and trained us on the system. Just 2 clicks on my iPhone and my house can be seen from anywhere!

We had Southwest CCTV install a surveillance system at our house a few weeks ago. So far, the system has been working great! We've been please with the quality of the cameras, as well as the quick and responsive service we received from the company. We particularly like the capability to access live feeds from our smart phones and replay recorded footage from a secure web site!

What types of customers have you worked with?
New sales and installation of home or commercial video surveillance systems. This includes installing both interior and exterior surveillance cameras, installing all wiring to central location, setup and testing of DVR unit. Also we make sure every customer has complete access to their new video system via the Internet and SmartPhone. This requires us to setup the home network to allow the traffic, most of our competition struggles in this area.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Ask to see at least some of the equipment they are trying to sell you before you make your decision. Most good companies should allow you to see what you are purchasing before you hand over the money. The rest will just get a feel for your budget and then shop the equipment on the Internet.
