Super responsive initially, but within a hour of my appointment he stated he had a flat tire and couldn’t make it. Which is completely acceptable, and I was super understanding. Upon attempting to reschedule with him, i was ghosted. I even sent a follow up text a few hours later to ensure he got my first message. Still no response, and now he has wasted several hours of my day that I can’t get back. Super unreliable and horrible communication in the end. Those are a recipe for a bad business owner and someone I would avoid.

There was a big misunderstanding I did reply back to mr mark just that my message didn’t go thru I tried following up with after seeing this review message him screen shots of message failing and I never got a response back but I totally understand where he is coming. From
