Introduction: I am a master cabinetmaker and certified kitchen designer. I have my own CAD design system, and I am available to design your kitchen or bath. I have 30 years of experience in cabinetry. I have access to a number of cabinet manufacturers, or you can pick your own. I am expert level in every area of installation and design, from tract home/apartment flips to high-end custom. I will meet with you on your project. I will do the field measure. I will do the design according to your specs. If I have to travel over 40 miles from Mesa, I charge a mileage fee. I draft out the walls, doors, openings, showers, sinks, toilets, appliances and show you exactly what the project will look like. I charge a flat fee ($175.00) for a standard design. If I cannot design out on CAD, such as custom wall units with a lot of custom items or backyard BBQ areas, etc. I will draft certain items by hand (for an added fee). You get the design, the pictures, the layouts with the dimensions and cabinet sizes, which can all be used for installers or your contractor. You can shop these layouts around to anyone involved in the project. I allow two revisions (which are going to occur!). After two revisions, I charge small fee for my time. I have access to a number of cabinet/granite/quartz or laminate manufacturers in either production or high-end custom in case you do not know where to find what you want. I provide you the freedom to shop my layouts. Big box or cabinet shops will do a CAD design, but you do not get them because they want you to buy from them. All you get is pictures. I give you the freedom of buying from anyone and the dimensions are accurate. You had an expert look at your project and you have accurate numbers. You have the cabinet numbers, the sq footage of countertops, sq footage of flooring and parts lists. We provide you with everything that you need, and probably parts you did not think of.
