FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Most of our customers come from word of mouth, so we know how important it is to provide great service. In the Arizona heat, you have to be able to trust the air conditioning company you choose. When we work with new customers, we let them know about our guarantees and the commitment we have towards making sure to keep our customer's air conditioning systems from breaking down throughout the year.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Being an Aire Serv franchisee keeps me on my toes and helps keep my skills even finer tuned. Our parent company, the Dwyer Group, provides on-going training to make sure we are keeping up with the most current technology and techniques today - it is a part of the culture. That is one of the reasons I became a franchisee. If I run into any problems, they are there to support me and to support my customers.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Aire Serv of Red Mountain works with all types of customers, homeowners and commercial. Our focus has been and will continue to be serving the homeowners of our area and making sure to help keep their air conditioning system working year round. Many of our customers live here part time, so it is even more important so they know their system will keep their home safe, even when they are living outside the area for part of the year.
