I can’t tell you how happy I am with Scott’s services. I hired him to fix my A/C when it failed during some of the hottest weeks of the year. He was out the next day, ordered some parts and got it up and running. Unfortunately, the fix only lasted a couple weeks because my unit was so old. As much as I tried to avoid it, I needed to replace the entire unit. Scott worked within by budget and went to extreme lengths to find a new unit for me, as inventories were very low. He managed to find the last unit available in the state of the size I needed, then drove very far to pick it up, and had it installed the next day. And on top of that, Scott graciously worked a payment arrangement with me that he didn’t have to, but was kind enough to accommodate. I now have a brand new efficient A/C unit with heat pump. I am extremely happy with Scott and Turn Key Mechanical and would recommend his services to anyone who needs A/C work. Thank you Scott!!

Our AC was acting up and I contacted Scott at Turn Key Mechanical for a second opinion. He showed me how the first company that came out had misdiagnosed the issue and saved me an unneeded repair. After going through the process to get our HVAC system replaced, I was impressed by how well Scott and his team performed. Their quote was the most competitive, they had the earliest availability and I felt like I was talking to an expert who wanted to see my issues resolved instead of a salesman. As a newer business, I was worried about the lack of reviews (and a certain 1 star review here on thumbtack). But every HVAC company has at least 1 1-star review and Scott always had a detailed answer to any question I could bring to him. As a newer homeowner, it has been tricky to find the right companies and contractors that I trust. I’ve found my go-to HVAC guy with Scott.
