- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a 10% new customer discount and we are extremely fair in pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process is as follows: 1: call us today for the best electricians 2. A licensed electrician will come out on our agreed-upon scheduled estimate at your residence. 3. Upon arrival to your residence, our electrical technician will do a thorough inspection of the items you are wanting looked at/worked on. This is also your time to really ask as many questions as you want and to pick our brains, 4. After our technician and you are finished speaking about any and all projects wanting to get quoted, our technician will do one of two things. 4A: if our technician is able to complete your quote in a timely fashion, while at your residence, he will present it to you & give you the ability to pay the deposit and schedule your upcoming electrical work! 4B: on occasion, some quotes are much too large to be able to successfully complete while at the client’s residence. In this case, our technician will bring the information back to the office and complete your estimate by the end of day.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Both owners of White Brothers and Electric are licensed by the state of Arizona for electrical contracting work. We also take annual courses with Arizona’s local electrical groups.
