- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer both flat rate and hourly rate pricing, depending on the type of work you need help with. Regardless of the type of pricing, we hold a "strategy session" with each client to learn about their ultimate goals and objectives for their business. After all, the real reason people come to us is not just to legal documents, they come because they know it is one part in making their business successful. We can't wait to be part of your business success journey.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New clients can expect to first have a strategy session with one of our skilled attorneys. This creates the roadmap of what things the client actually needs help with and then the client can decide how much or how little they would like to do.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Each of our attorneys is licensed and undergoes yearly education and training in the area they practice. At Counxel, each attorney also participates in a weekly think tank session where we discuss any unique or difficult issues in a legal matter and get the input from each of the attorney perspective. This is truly unique as most firms and attorneys work in isolation and do not have the benefit of other smart attorneys input.
