Recording and editing great. Marketing video I requested achieved. He was although late for the project and missed daylight and lighting opportunities. I wish there were more questions from him ahead of time to prepare and make sure lighting was not an issue as day went into night. That pre-coordination about specific logistics didn't happen. He did offer a camera light to use once he was there but we may have been able to come up with a better lighting solution creatively prior to the project. He was informed on our first conversation about my inexperience with having a video done so I looked to the expert to hold my hand on the logistics and coordination. Luckily, he still created a wonderful short clipped marketing video which I like. Good recorder and editor.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
50% of the total invoice will be due immediately in order to secure the shoot date(s) and rate. Once your session is booked I deny all potential clients for that date and time -- for this reason deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. Final edits will be sent within 5 to 7 business days and at that time, the remaining invoice balance is due after you've received the deliverables.
