- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each court is custom-priced after we review the location, access, grading and drainage needs, court dimensions, concrete, surfacing, fencing, lighting, and timeline. We provide a clear scope and quote before work begins. We focus on complete court builds and substantial court-ready site-prep projects, not small concrete repairs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Send the property location, photos or video, approximate available space, property type, desired features, and timeline. We review the project, ask any needed questions, schedule a site visit when appropriate, and then provide a written scope and quote. Once approved, we coordinate the schedule and keep you updated.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team brings more than 15 years of hands-on construction experience in excavation, grading, drainage, concrete, demolition, and site preparation. That field experience is especially valuable for pickleball courts, where the quality of the base and concrete slab affects the finished court.
