My 80 year old friend just transitioned to assisted living and her condo needed a facelift in preparation for sale. I contracted with Alberto for the job. Her place needed some drywall repair, a new baseboard, wallpaper removal and of course paint. He showed up everyday, worked many hours, especially on that wallpaper removal, and paid huge attention to detail. The paint and careful work by Alberto in the preparation and then the application of paint have updated and transformed the condo. Thanks Alberto!

I will not be looking for another painter for any work I need done. Alberto's was one of the best contractor experiences I've ever had. He price was fair, his work was outstanding, his cleanup and care for the property he was working on was fantastic and rare.
