She didn’t show. Didn’t call. I don’t enjoy writing bad reviews, but had. I choice. Have not heard from her since the conversation where she got the address of the party and we confirmed date and time.

I'm very sorry for what appears to be a miscommunication. It was my understanding that the time was not confirmed and would be confirmed the day before or and day of. I called twice the day of to confirm and sent a text as I hadn't heard from anyone. My mistake was assuming my services were no longer needed. Again, I'm very sorry and will communicate more clearly next time. Thank you

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Non-profit discounts offered. Hourly rate of $50 in which there is no charge for individual pieces and I'm at your event as long as you need with a 1 hour minimum. Per piece pricing: Quarter Face painting - $5 Half Face painting - $10 Full Face painting - $15 Sugar Skulls painting - $50+ Henna Pricing: Small - $10 Medium - $20 Large - $30 Extra Large - $45
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Looking through my pictures and finding inspiration for pieces they'd like.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I got started as an abstract painter with oil and canvas. I was intrigued by the intricacies of the sugar skulls and dipped my toe in. Once I did that, I was hooked on face painting!
