We’ve used Fortress Contracting for both residential and commercial remodeling projects and have had a wonderful experience every time. Morgan and his wife Kylie make a fantastic husband-and-wife team—they’re professional, dependable, easy to work with, and bring a genuine, family-friendly feel to their business.
The quality of Morgan’s craftsmanship is exceptional. His trim work in our commercial space is an absolute showstopper! I don’t even hang anything on the walls over the woodwork because it makes such a beautiful statement all on its own.
Our projects have stayed on schedule, the quality has been excellent, and we wouldn’t hesitate to use Fortress Contracting again. Highly recommend!

I was fortunate in getting a referral from a friend that directed me to Morgan. I called, he picked up and next day came out to give me a quote. Work was completed as promised and outcome is amazing. Highly endorse this group!
FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
What the customer should know about our pricing at Fortress contracting is that if we can get the labor price down in any way shape or form, even if that means us taking on a lot of the labor instead of subcontracting it out, we will do it because we do not like losing customers based on price. We will do anything we can to get the price down for the customer. We also are very honored when veterans or first responders use Fortress contracting and like to give back to them so that being said, we do discounts if you are a first responder or veteran!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process for working with a customer is to discuss the project a little bit in detail on the phone so we know that we are what we are getting into and can plan accordingly, so we don’t waste your time during the consultation. From there, we will schedule a in-person consultation to take measurements in pictures and dive more in detail on exactly what you want for your project, and then we will get you a quote over in 48 hours or less! Once contract is signed, we like to work closely with the families as we are a family owned and operated business, and we love getting to know new people!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Some education and training that I have that relates to my work is I’ve worked in the field for about 10 years, working all of the trades and being taken under the wing of some highly respected general contractors learning how to run the businesses. I also, since working in construction can be very dangerous, have gone and gotten my EMT certification in the off chance someone gets hurt on my job site.
