- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to make a fair days pay for a fair days work, sometimes I just make expenses or a loss on the money side, but the work is always done right. I've never failed to complete a project to the satisfaction of my clients.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We meet and discuss project parameters to find the good deal for us both.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I learned how to address problems from my parents, and apprenticed with a true old school carpenter for five years. That was forty years ago and I've been learning every day since. I have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from The University of North Texas.
