Michael came out same day and gave me a free quote on some laminate flooring repairs I needed done in my new home. He was kind, honest, and thorough in assessing what needed to be done and also took into account what I could afford to do at this time. I could tell right away he took pride in his work, and let that do the talking. He respectfully ran through different options with me, and we worked out a plan that suited my needs and affordability but didn’t lack in quality. When it came time to do the work, he and his coworker were professional, communicative about any needs or issues that came up, and paid attention to detail in order to do things RIGHT. I will definitely be using this company in the future if I decide to do any further flooring or bathroom tile work in my new home. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
After the demolition of the area has been completed, an assessment needs to be done on the overall condition. Foundation cracks are common, therefore there is no additional charge for us to make the necessary repairs. However, if there is added work due to the subfloor not being level, the total cost of the project will increase. Anything that has been damaged by water will also need to be addressed and may add additional fees.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When meeting with a new customer/client, I typically meet them where the work is being done in order to measure everything for a detailed estimate, which is then sent to their email within a day or two.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
