- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
After the demolition of the area has been completed, an assessment needs to be done on the overall condition. Foundation cracks are common, therefore there is no additional charge for us to make the necessary repairs. However, if there is added work due to the subfloor not being level, the total cost of the project will increase. Anything that has been damaged by water will also need to be addressed and may add additional fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When meeting with a new customer/client, I typically meet them where the work is being done in order to measure everything for a detailed estimate, which is then sent to their email within a day or two.
