- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing depends on the scope, materials, property conditions and access. We review the project before providing an estimate. Any work outside the agreed scope requires an approved change order.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Send us the property location, a description of the work and clear photos. We review the scope, discuss next steps and arrange a site visit when needed. Once the scope and price are approved, we coordinate scheduling and provide project updates.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
