I worked with Joey to install some much needed pantry storage cabinets. Can't say enough about Joey's professionalism! Though businesses nationwide experienced shipping goof ups and delays, my orders included, Joey made sure he regularly followed up with me and gave me accurate timelines and expectations. He was always very responsive to my inquiries. The materials were delivered direct to my carport from the vendor, ordered by Sawmill, on the day Joey asked me to expect it. On the day of the scheduled install, he arrived on time with Steve and were very professional and knowledgeable. They offered me suggestions as to where to customize holes for wiring. I supplied my own hardware but did not purchase enough. Joey & Steve pre drilled holes so that I may easily install my own hardware later on. Photos attach reflect the missing hardware due to my own miscalculations. The cabinets Joey ordered matched my existing kitchen perfectly in style and color! Though the packaging materials, some saw dust on the floor and in the cabinets, and guide lines drawn on the wall were left after the install, I am extremely happy with the overall experience. They were very respectful of my home and were careful not to let two indoor cats out. I have many other built-in storage needs down the line and would not hesitate to reach out to Joey at Sawmill again!!
