Javier is a professional. Gave me honest feedback on either fix my old sprinkler system or just start over since there had been a lot of changes to the irrigation over the years by previous owners. We decided to replace and the winter grass is looking great. He is also doing my lawn service going forward. Very professional and I highly recommend.

He was very responsive while we discussed my job on thumbtack, he arrived early for the appointment the next day, trimmed my palms exactly as I requested (I didn’t want them butchered) cleaned up everything and hauled away the debris. Thanks to the rain we received over the past several weeks, I had quite a bit of weed and grass growth plainly visible in my rocked front side and back yard. Due to other ongoing critical house remodeling, I was unable to address the weed issue. I contacted Javier and asked him how quickly he could come to my yard and remove the weeds and spray pre emergent and weed killer. He Replied promptly and move his schedule around to get me on the calendar for today. Javier and his crew arrived 0916. He explained what he planned to do and assured me that if I saw any new growth within a month, he would come out and respray killer and pre-emergent at no additional charge to me. As per my request, he paid extra attention to manual weed removal in the front yard (thanks to some lovely correspondence I received from my home owner's association 😉) At 1119, Javier and his crew completed the work. They did a great job in removing all the weeds from the front yard and side yard visible from the street (the community mailboxis locatedhere) ... a very tedious and backbreaking task. The backyard too looked tremendously better. Commercial grade weed killer and pre-emergent We're applied to all surfaces of my front silent backyard. I am very happy with his promptness, professionalism and attention to detail.
