Didn’t seem to have a solid feel for the amount of pressure required in a particular area or how to work the various muscles groups in such a way that tension is gradually released over the course of the massage. Didn’t demonstrate that he had a plan for working the areas discussed other than getting the session over with. I’ve had many massages and rarely experienced this scenario.

Hmm, I'm really sorry you didn't enjoy the massage. I did ask repeatedly in the massage if you needed more or less pressure and you'd stated it was fine, if you need something during a session it's best to let the therapist know during the session. I also asked after every muscle group if you'd like me to go back before I moved on and you'd said there was nothing. Another thing, I highly recommend showing up on time to your appointment or rescheduling because an hour is already a limited amount of time for a full body massage and to add all the extra focus areas you requested is difficult when you've lost 15 minutes of an hour.
