What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do lots of the special "one off" kind of projects. Repairing furniture, trailers, cars, trucks ect. Each job is unique and most cant be priced till I see it and find out what is going to be required.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I request the customer bring their project to me and we review what will be needed, initial cost and estimated repair time.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been welding for 30 years.
