- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
1) Check how many years the person is in business and what education and experience the person has. 2) See if they are doing something different than other companies. 3) are they ready to listen to your needs and flexible to accomodate you? 4) are they proactively keeping you informed about changes in tax law rather than being reactive (ie only when u ask) and letting u know the changes in tax laws? 5) does your tax accountant keeps them update on tax laws and takes education seminar on changes in tax law on regular basis?
