- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Some services have standardized pricing, but many are customized to the customer due to the large area serviced. Consultations are available at my website for $7 flat fee per call. Limit 45 minutes. Base IT call rate for on-site service is $45 per hour Emergency IT call rate (8PM-10AM) is $105 per hour Remote location schduled Technical support available for existing customers only at a rate of $15 per hour billed in 4 hour blocks which do not expire Depot (Pick-up/Drop-off) Repair has a $60 base fee, which if repairs require extensive work, is applied to total labor. Travel fee applies only to service calls farther than 25 miles from the Fort Mohave AZ area at $0.40 per mile.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I first ask about basic details regarding the nature of the service request, determine the scheduling type of the work order, and then provide a pre-work estimate if not enough information existed prior to sending a quote. Once the service is complete, I receive payment via Cash/Check/Debit/Bitcoin, and pre-schedule follow-ups for recurring services
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
IT related training is as follows: A+, Network+, HP-UX Admin, Apple Software/Hardware Technician Certified. Operating as sub-contracting freelancer since 2009 in 4 states.
