- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most of the time, I bid (price a job) by the square footage of the job itself. I then factor in any add ons accordingly. ie patches to repair and tie in to exsisting wall, etc. We will always present competitive pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We welcome new customers. We want to make sure the homeowner is fully aware of what each step of the process entails. We won't cut corners:) Once a price/bid is created we will fully go through it with the customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the drywall industry for over 35 years. I started when I graduated college and never left. I have also attended contracting schools over my career. I can hang, tape, texture, repair and run all drywall tools proficiently.
