- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We don't work by the hour. Our system is a flat rate pricing system. We give you a price up front and don't go over that price. If you add something of course we will let you know the extra cost up front.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will come to your home and give you a free written estimate for the work you want done. If you agree to the price, we may be able to do the job for you right then.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from a trade school and have kept up to date with the National Electric Codes.
