Quality Flooring is terrific and the name fits. The quality of Adrien's work is impeccable and his honesty, punctuality and pride in his workmanship is refreshing. He was here when he said he would be, he worked all day without many breaks and the speed at which he and another installer completed my job (he estimated 3 days for my 1600 sqft house, but only took 2 days including demo) was remarkable. He was able to undercut my baseboards by 1/8 inch, eliminating the need to remove and reinstall them. You cannot tell because of his precision. His grout lines between the wood and tile are perfect. I got 3 estimates for replacing my old laminate with engineered wood floors and he provided the best value. He came to give a free estimate when it was convenient for me and didn't add on anything to his quote, except for a small amount for grinding a spot that wasn't level, which he told me in advance might happen once the demo revealed the condition of the sub-floor. He just finished my job and I have already referred a friend and a family member to Quality Flooring and have no reservations about the job they will do. Adrian and his crew were amazing. Adrian was very straightforward about pricing and honest about what would be worth the cost vs having done separate (we considered doing carpet in the bedroom and Adrian offered to do them but advised it might be cheaper through Home Depot or Lowe’s). Honesty like this is very much appreciated! He gave us a time line of 4-5 days and he and his crew were finished completely by day three. They were incredibly respectful of our home, they always cleaned up any mess made and were very clear on what they could or could not do. We could not be more happy with the beautiful flooring they installed, including the custom stair noses Adrian crafted. Quality flooring is the perfect name for this company because they are true to their name! We would and have recommended them to anyone looking to update their flooring!
