- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My clients purchase all items directly rather than purchasing them through me at a marked-up rate. I know how and where to shop to save my clients money.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A scope of work is created, and a contract is drafted for each client. For the initial consultation we meet at the project site to view the space, review the scope of work and talk over ideas. The next step involves designer research to find selections that will work specifically for that client’s project. A few options are presented to the client for feedback and the design builds from there.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
It seems like I have always had a passion for interior design. I have enriched my talent through education at Scottsdale Community College, where I earned an Associate in Applied Science in Interior Design. My previous work experience includes over a decade in the construction industry for a residential home builder and a commercial general contractor. I also have held an Arizona real estate license for 19 years.
