FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I understand that every business has unique bookkeeping and tax needs, so I do not use a one-size-fits-all pricing model. Fees are customized based on workload, volume of transactions, and the condition of the records. I offer a free initial consultation and price estimate to provide upfront pricing transparency and avoid surprises.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin with an initial consultation to understand the business, how far behind the books are, and whether tax filings are overdue. From there, I scope the work, outline next steps, and provide clear expectations around timing and deliverables. Once approved, I complete the cleanup or filing work, review results with the client, and discuss ongoing bookkeeping or tax planning options to prevent future issues.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a licensed Enrolled Agent, the highest credential awarded to tax professionals by the Internal Revenue Service, which authorizes me to represent clients before the IRS. I earned my Certificate in Accounting and Enrolled Agent Training from Rio Salado College and am a QuickBooks Online Certified ProAdvisor. This combination allows me to handle both accurate bookkeeping and compliant, strategy-driven tax work.
