- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer 4 Tech Blocks for personal tech support that work on hours and require no contracts. The hours are available for clients to use me with any services offered by my company. When the hours are up, they can purchase more with no contract necessary. I also offer web hosting and design at a fixed or monthly and annual rate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will contact customer and discuss their current situation in order to offer the appropriate services.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have taught web design, media production, social media, and marketing to young adults to veteran business owners for the past 10 years.
