- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All of our services are priced on a "starting at" basis. The final price depends on the complexity of your situation, the volume of transactions, and the level of service you need. We provide a clear quote after an initial consultation so there are no surprises. Bookkeeping starts at $75/hr, monthly bookkeeping starts at $550/mo, tax preparation starts at $250 for individuals, and business accounting packages start at $750/mo. Mobile notary appointments start at $100, with per-act notary fees charged separately per Arizona law.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It starts with a conversation. We want to understand your situation, your needs, and what you're looking for in an accounting partner. From there, we recommend the right service level and provide a clear quote. Once you're on board, we handle onboarding, set up your accounts in our system, and get to work. For bookkeeping clients, we typically have your books organized within the first two weeks. For tax clients, we provide a document checklist and walk you through the process step by step. For notary appointments, we schedule at your convenience and come to you.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our Principal Accountant, Danielle Watts, brings over 20 years of hands-on accounting experience working with individuals, small businesses, and nonprofit organizations. She holds an active IRS Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN), is a QuickBooks ProAdvisor, and is a commissioned Arizona Notary Public and trained Notary Signing Agent. She is currently pursuing her CPA certification. Our team includes additional senior-level accounting professionals with experience in corporate accounting, real estate, and construction.
