I had an initial conversation with this pro that I thought went well, they told me they were going to contact me back so I waited a few days to hear back from them and even messaged them again on this app to see if they were going to work with me. I was never contacted back and had to find another pro.
I understand my job may not have been what they wanted to take on; but to completely stop communicating and not let me know either way was not a great customer experience and it cost me time waiting for them when I could have started right away with another pro had they told me they didn’t want the job.
