One of the best business choices we've ever made was switching to First Valley Accounting for bookkeeping. Every month, everything is delivered on schedule, clean, and properly categorized. They do more than just "do the books"; they also help you understand your cash flow and provide financial explanations. Very trustworthy and a pleasure to deal with.

I had an initial conversation with this pro that I thought went well, they told me they were going to contact me back so I waited a few days to hear back from them and even messaged them again on this app to see if they were going to work with me. I was never contacted back and had to find another pro.
I understand my job may not have been what they wanted to take on; but to completely stop communicating and not let me know either way was not a great customer experience and it cost me time waiting for them when I could have started right away with another pro had they told me they didn’t want the job.
