If you’re looking for high quality at affordable costs you’ve definitely come to the right place! Tax season can be especially stressful when you’re a small business or first time independent contractor (like myself), but Kirby took a lot of that weight off my shoulders. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on the volume of workload. We are a small business but our goals is to grow with our clients, which means our prices are created to be friendly so our businesses can grow together.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A phone/virtual/in-person consultation to understand the needs of the client. There is no reason to offer services that do not benefit the client so our goal is always to understand what is needed and what can provide the best benefits to our clients.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an MBA in accounting and have worked in both corporate (publicly traded and private) companies. Currently working closely with small/medium sized businesses on their accounting which includes payroll, TPT, monthly financials, budgeting and forecast.
